James Thorp, M.D.

James is a Board-Certified ObGyn and Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician with over 45 years of experience. Throughout his distinguished career, he has overseen approximately 27,500 high-risk pregnancies. 

In addition to his clinical work, James remains actively involved in research, with over 250 published papers. He has served as a reviewer for major medical journals and as an examiner for the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. James also held a position on the Board of Directors for the Society of Maternal-Fetal Medicine for four years. A recognized expert, he has testified before U.S. Senate Committees and has been interviewed on hundreds of media platforms. His research has focused extensively on the COVID-19 pandemic, resulting in more than 70 published articles and two books.
